Decorating Your Wedding With Flower Arrangements - Part Two

By Tracey Wilson Welcome to Part Two of how to Decorate your wedding. Part One gave you ideas for invitations, name plates and placemats. In this issue, we'll deal with flower arrangements. Flower arrangements do not stop at placement around the room, or the ones the bride and bridesmaids will carry but they are for the centerpiece on the tables, over archways, doors, by the bathrooms, the wedding arch, etc . . . No matter how unattractive a room is, you can transform it with decorations from the flower arrangements. You want to choose arrangements that will fit the size of your room. If you have a big room, make the flower arrangements big and wide, for a narrower, smaller room, make them taller. This will bring the focus up, instead of out. Wide arrangements will take the focus out, around the room. For strong color, interesting texture, and a wonderful fragrance, use fruit with your flowers, to create an impressive centerpiece. Think of grapes, citrus fruits, or apples tucked into flowers, or gilded and silver pears piled high for a winter celebration. For a delicate, airy centerpiece for your reception tables, place an orchid plant in a footed urn or glass container in the center of the table. Cover the soil with green moss or river rocks. Or you can use several small vases arranged in the center of each table, filled with their very own flower, that makes a beautiful, natural-looking bouquet. Offer them as a keepsake to each guest at the end of the reception. Flowers can be an expensive part of a wedding. Don't let your need and want for beauty break the bank. You don't have to buy your flowers from a flower shop. Look in your friend's gardens, roadside flower peddlers, etc... A florist will be happy to answer your questions of which flowers are in season, she may even have a list. Don't be shy to ask questions. Don't be afraid to use inexpensive blooms for arrangements. When they are all placed together, they can make an impression that will strike anyone's fancy. Less is more Sometimes the smallest bouquets can make the biggest impact. You may also want to consider working with just a few basic colors or if it's easier on the budget, do a hodgepodge of complimentary colors. You may also want to think about doing fewer, but more extraordinary arrangements. Don't be afraid to use a lot of greenery, such as ivy, and texture-rich ferns. Be sure to check into silk and dried flowers to. To make the bride and groom feel special, decorate the back of their chairs with flowers, greenery and ribbons, or swags. Make sure to select blooms that will not stain their clothing. Silk or dried flowers will work great for this. Decorate the cake knife, server and toasting flute with small nosegay of flowers and ribbons. Place large pots with potted plants around the dance floor. Decorate an arch with flowers to define the dance floor as well. Don't forget to mark the bathrooms with a small arrangement. Most of all, don't go broke. With a little bit of investigation; looking on the internet, library, etc . . . you can find just the right ideas for decorating your special day. American Eagle Coins - Are They Worth It?

By Frederic Madore I would like to cover every aspect of the American Eagle Coins. In order to keep things short I have only included the major topics detailed as good as possible. There are special coins that investors or coin collectors can make arrangements to buy. These coins unlike the normal coins will add more value to a collectors collection. These coins are known as the American Eagle Coins. Unlike other types of coins, the American eagle coins are not sold for commercial purposes. Instead they are issued only to authorised dealers for marketing purposes. Here is a couple of places where you should be able to find these American eagle coins: - Bank - Brokerage Companies - Wholesalers - Precious metal firms - Diverse other places approved by the US Mint. There are also three types of American eagle coins: - Gold - Silver - Platinum The quality of these coins is amazing. As I wrote earlier these coins are not sold directly to the populace but in proof set. Consequently you must buy them at the current prices for gold and the other alloy they are made from. To make sure they all sell for the same price (according to the market rate of gold and other metal) they have a specific weight that is standard. It is possible to buy American Eagle Coin in one ounce, one-tenth ounce, one-quarter ounce and one-half ounce denominations. Among other things, the American Eagle Coins are also known as the American Eagle Bullion Coins. They were first released by the US Mint in 1986. at that time only the only American eagle coins usable where the gold coin and the silver coin that had at one time been in circulation. As for the Platinum American eagle coin they were brought into the open in 1997. As of now the most expensive of these American eagle coins are those of the gold Saint-Gaudens 1934 20 dollar pieces. In 1934 the US government banned the use of all forms of gold bullion. At that time the 20 American eagle coins were made from gold. The US government then issued a recall to melt down all the coins. However a few escaped the lot and survived. They are now hunted by every avid collector. At last If you really are concerned in American eagle coins you should learn to properly recognize them. If you have any in your collection I would extremely advice to keep them safe. This article was written to provide you with knowledge about the American Coins. I appreciate you taking your time to read it. Visit our website, we offer various information about coin collecting, coin collecting supply and more. E-Discovery Emergence in Civil Litigation

By Nicholas Deleault The law, as a means of administering dispute resolution and criminal accountability, must be able to adapt to revolutions of industry or technology. We are currently in the beginning years of a technological revolution that will only grow and continue to change the way humans live their lives. Computer and internet use have changed the way that people and business think and act. In todays judicial system, a case (either civil or criminal) is often decided by the evidence produced and discovered prior to trial. As computers have become the integral components of any successful business operation, the records on those computers have become more difficult to discover. Not only because of the difficulty of gaining access to an adversarys computer records, but also because many seasoned attorneys do not even know what to look for when they do gain access. Adding to the confusion is a lack of guiding procedural and case law. New methods of discovery have hampered older, traditional attorneys who carry with them the knowledge and experience from the days of paper and pen. The old rules are obsolete, and in todays world if you can not keep up with the technology and developments in the law then you will be left as ineffectual as the paper and pen you hold in your hand. In response to the increased demands for structure in E-discovery, the ABA has proposed new Amendments to Civil Discovery Standards relating to the use of E-discovery. In part, these proposed amendments are aimed at providing guidance for evidence retention, destruction and production. Electronic evidence presents many issues not previously experienced with more traditional forms of evidence. Certain forms of electronic evidence may be misleading and prejudicial to one party or the other, because one piece of evidence may only represent an initial draft of a document, containing information leading to the inference of liability. From a simple printout of electronic evidence, it can be extremely difficult to ascertain whether that evidence is the first or final draft, and whether that evidence has any impact on the dispute. In many ways electronic evidence provides for easier access because there is no need to search through cumbersome boxes of paper, but conducting the actual discovery process may exponentially increase the costs to both the producing and discovering parties. It takes substantial time to track down trails of information throughout a companys network. From a plaintiffs point of view, electronic evidence is difficult to destroy, as it takes an extremely complicated and sophisticated process to completely erase an electronic signature and metadata associated with the files. As demonstrated, electronic evidence may at times be more difficult to find, but conversely, it is also harder to destroy. This juxtaposition of qualities can make a process that appears more concise in theory, to actually become more cumbersome and costly when actually put into practice. In response to these growing concerns, as part of its proposed amendments, the ABA has focused on E-discovery issues ranging from pre-trial conferences and electronically stored information to a partys failure to comply with discovery or to cooperate. Unnerving to many plaintiffs attorneys is proposed Amendment 37(f), which provides that: "Unless a court order requiring preservation of electronically stored information is violated, the court may not impose sanctions under these rules on a party when such information is lost because of the routine operations of its electronic information system if the party took reasonable steps to preserve discoverable information." This is perhaps the most troublesome (at least for plaintiffs attorneys), because it effectively creates a safe-harbor for the destruction of electronic evidence. Sanctions would be barred when information is destroyed as a result of routine destruction practices. The rule mentions nothing about what a reasonable destruction practice is or whether a party must freeze those practices once it learns that there is a potential for litigation. Other important proposed amendments include: Rule 33(d). Under the traditional Rule 33, a party responding to an interrogatory could produce business records as a substitute for explicitly responding to the interrogatory. Under Amended Rule 33(d), the responding party will be permitted to produce electronic dates and records when responding to interrogatories provided that the requesting party can easily identify and locate the sought after information. Rule 34(b). The new proposed amendments do not require an attorney to choose a particular evidentiary format when responding to discovery requests, but its mere mention suggests a policy toward favoring electronic evidence. When a requested production format is not specified, the responding party should produce evidence in the manner in which that information is ordinarily maintained or, alternatively, in a form that is reasonably easy to access and use. Rule 26(b)(5)(B). This amendment addresses the inadvertent production of privileged or protected information. This rule will allow a party who unintentionally discloses the privileged information to retrieve it from the accidental receiving party unless that party can prove that they have a right to that information. Rule 45. This amendment to Rule 45 would essentially allow parties to subpoena electronically stored information pursuant to any of the other adopted amendments contained in the Rules. These are not the only proposed changes, but this brief summary of the proposed amendments is a good demonstration of the increasing preference for electronic discovery. The legal world is changing and those attorneys who are unable to keep up with the changes will be left in the dust. This move by the ABA should serve as a sign to those attorneys frightened by technology and advancements in the law. Electronic discovery is here to stay, unlike those who refuse to welcome the changes to the judicial discovery process. This article was written by Nicholas Deleault, a Franklin Pierce Law Student. Nicholas writes select legal articles for the Law Firm of Goldstien and Clegg, a Massachusetts cyberlaw firm. How to Find the Best Long Distance Rates

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Mike_Yeager]Mike Yeager These days the best long distance rates are not found with your home carrier. There's too much competition in the marketplace and many people are discovering that a prepaid card can actually save them money. A coalition of long-distance phone companies has developed a package of reforms that will be implemented as soon as the Federal Communications Commission approves them. Ultimately, these changes will increase competition in the telephone marketplace, which will cut costs even further. Although technology has allowed phone companies to trim personnel even as call volume surged, reductions in access rates have made the most difference. In looking for the best long distance rates most people realize that there aren't massive savings when switching from long-distance provider to long-distance provider, but the prepaid market has definitely cut long distance costs. There's never been a better time to make long-distance calls. Many carriers are offering competitive long-distance service, and rates have fallen by some 85 percent in the past 15 years. Nonetheless, it pays to shop around; the more cautious you are as a consumer, the better the choice you'll finally make. Ask Early and Often

By Daniel Flamberg Too many of us are reluctant to really engage our clients. Fearful that clients are demanding, needy, mercurial, edgy and under enough management pressure that they could snap at any moment we forget that they actually hired us, use our products and services and generally have ideas about what's good, bad or ugly. My Granny always said, "If you don't ask you don't get." So now you are officially on notice -- ask your clients what they think and how you can do better. You'll be surprised at what brand loyalists and advocates the people who break your balls each day actually can be. After the initial sale, which often requires the imprimatur of an economic buyer, the day-to-day users and technical buyers drive the bus. Working with you they determine the need for add-ons and upsells much more than any salesperson ever will. In many cases your client power users know your product or your system as well or better than you do. Its an insight and a perspective you are not ignore because they generally can cue you about the next product or service needed and can objectively see, beyond your internal politics, who should do what to whom. Clients also care more than you think. Once they are working with you happily, they are invested in your success since your failure means they'll have to explain, change, scramble and adjust; things everyone hates to do. Ask them how they'd position, message or sell your product or service. Ask them how they made the buying decision. Ask them how they do on-going competitive assessments and evaluations. Ask them if the value you think you are providing is the value they are receiving. Sometimes this alternate perspective is enough to rock your world. Then ask them if they'd like to talk with other clients and peers. Almost every client is dying to know how other non-competitive buyers are using your stuff. There's a ton of practical things your clients can learn from each other and in some cases your clients sell your product or service sets to each other faster and easier than you can because they share common interests, needs and processes. So don't be bashful or reticent with your clients. Ask them early and often. Don't be thin-skinned or defensive. They are eager to tell you. Low Interest Rate New Car Loan - Tips for Improving Credit and Getting a Low Rate

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Carrie_Reeder]Carrie Reeder Auto loan rates for a new vehicle ranges from 1.9% to 9%. Those with an excellent credit rating can expect prime rates, whereas other loan applicants may pay more for their vehicles. Lenders use credit scores to determine an applicants interest rate. Hence, the key to acquiring a low rate auto loan is having a good credit rating. Steps to Take Before Applying for Auto Loan Before applying for an auto loan, it is important to know your credit standing. Sometimes, car dealerships make an offer with an extremely high interest rate. New car buyers may not recognize this scam and agree to bad loan terms. However, if your credit is good, you are entitled to prime loan rates. Furthermore, having bad credit does not justify a ridiculously high rate. Educate yourself on the car buying process. The internet is full of resources to help you determine current market rates for new and used vehicles. Tips for Improving Credit Your credit score is crucial to the car buying process. If you are hoping to snag a low interest rate on your new vehicle, nows the time to build up your credit score. For starters, stop paying creditors late. In addition, do not skip monthly payments to creditor. Both actions have a destructive effect on credit. If you have several credit cards, pay down the balances. Individuals with excessive debt may consider a debt consolidation. Working with a debt management company is very effective. These companies negotiate lower interest rates on credit cards, which allow you to reduce debts sooner. Finance Automobile with a Down Payment Having a down payment is a great way to get approved for a low interest rate. If your credit is less than perfect, a down payment will definitely serve to your advantage. A down payment means you finance the vehicle for a lesser amount; thus, you can anticipate a lower monthly payment. Down payment amounts vary. However, typical amounts are approximately 10% of the vehicle price. Comparison Shopping for Best Financing Shopping around will help you locate the lowest financing on your new vehicle. If you have internet access, take advantage of online loan applications. Prior to completing a loan application, request loan figures from auto loan lenders. If you request quotes by means of an auto loan broker, you will be given multiple offers from different lenders. This is the simplest way to compare rates and terms before finalizing decision. Poverty - The Path to the Coming of the Antichrist

By Michael Bresciani The push to democratize the world is gaining momentum around the world since the recent demise of communism. But that alone isnt the reason for the renewed interest in democracy. If you were to question those seeking democratization anywhere in the world, you would be surprised to find their reasons have little to do with patriotism or national pride. The answer is always the economy. The rest of the world wants what America and Western Europe have, and that simply put is, plenty of everything. Materials and goods coupled with the hope of the good life are driving the world to democracy. The day of revolutions that are driven by the desire to be free of tyranny is almost dead. The common desire to have a higher standard of living, to be secure and to he in need of nothing is what drives the winds of democracy. Alone this seems like a good desire but if it is the only desire it will culminate in sure disaster. Were the United States to undergo a full economic collapse, the will and the resolve for independence would be hammered and twisted more easily than we might expect. Picture a nation one moment clamoring for lower gas prices, a greater supply of beanie babies and Madonna paraphernalia suddenly finding itself in desperate need of virtually every basic consumer item needed just to live. Enter antichrist, with a new and tested economy that is lifting nations out of poverty all over the world. Make no mistake about it; even though it seems hard to see this happening, when it does the ears of our nation will be well attuned and inclined to take the offer. As a nation we have shown that we can hardly endure the lack of only some of the consumer goods we have grown accustomed to. The lack of almost every one of them would drive most Americans to a pact with the Devil himself. This is a picture I can easily see happening and it conjuncts with the revelation God gave to me many years ago. God indicated to me that we will not he missing a few things, we will be in need of everything. Extreme poverty and scarcity means just that. The old adage that mans extremity is Gods opportunity is about to he engaged full force. Unfortunately, we always think of mans extremity as being when he has reached the end of his rope and has gone about as low as he can go. In our case, the extremity is that we have gone as high as we can go. In America we now hear terms like extreme sports, extreme wealth or extreme lifestyles, and that is just what it is. God is going to use this extremity as much as he does when people reach their all time lows. In this case he will simply pull the rug out from under us. It wont be a television survival show trying to pass itself off as reality, it will he reality waking us up to the hardship of survival. We will tumble down a steep embankment, going from plenty to nothing in less time than it takes to say America. Anyone undergoing such a sudden change is thrust into a search for the way out as fast as possible. There will he a way out, but it will come from the most unlikely place, the very heart of the kingdom of darkness. On my own I wouldnt dare propose the notion of a financial collapse to the richest people on earth during the peak of their power. Life is hard enough without telling people something they would rather not hear anytime, much less at this time. I knew Id sound ridiculous, but I also knew that I had little choice. I guess Im in good company since Rev David Wilkerson of The Cross and the Switchblade fame made similar predictions over a quarter century ago. What amazes me the most is that when I first received this revelation I had no means of understanding how it could he possible? But God is gracious and has given me more insight into just how and more importantly why this must happen to America. He left off telling me just when this is going to happen but I am growing more sure every day, that it is only a very short time from now Rev Bresciani has written many articles over the past thirty years in such periodicals as Guideposts and Catholic Digest. He is the author of two books available on Amazon.com, Alibris, Barnes and Noble and many other places. Rev Bresciani wrote Hook Line and Sinker or what has Your Church Been Teaching You, publisher, PublishAmerica of Baltimore MD. He also wrote a book published by Xulon Press entitled An American Prophet and His Message, Questions and Answers on the Second Coming of Christ. The Real Sinus Headache

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Low_Jeremy] Low Jeremy Sinusitis is the condition of having one's sinuses inflamed. Sinus inflammation may be a result of but not limited to bacterial or viral infections or allergic reactions. Symptoms of sinusitis include a sinus headache that may affect several parts of the head including the face, jaws and teeth. During a sinusitis attack, the sinus headache may be localized to one or two pairs of inflamed sinuses but in severe cases, all sinuses are swollen and therefore cause a sinus headache that can be felt in the forehead between the eyebrows, upper jaw and teeth along with tender cheeks and face, the sides of the nose. In severe rare cases, one may also experience ear aches, neck and top of the head pains as part of the sinusitis headache symptoms. It is important to take note of all the symptoms of sinusitis because a lot of individuals only think that they have sinus headaches when in fact, they are actually suffering from migraines instead. It is important to note that sinusitis headache is not the only symptom of sinusitis. If it is indeed sinusitis, you will experience inflammation and tenderness of tissues around the eyes resulting in swollen eyelids and red eyes. Aside from this, there can be a loss of smell from a congested nasal passage. Furthermore, aside from sinus headaches and other symptoms already mentioned here, sinusitis could trigger fever and cough. The cough can sometimes be a result of a post nasal drip from the draining of the sinuses that irritate the upper windpipe which causes it to be sore and encourages us to cough as a result. Sinusitis is also always accompanied by general weakness and tired feeling. While it is true that up to 97% of individuals who think they suffer from sinusitis headache symptoms are mistaken because they are actually suffering from migraine, it is very important to make the correct distinction between the two. First, one needs to be properly diagnosed for illness specific medication treatment. It can be quite frustrating to be taking sinus medication to treat sinus headache symptoms when in fact; the headache is cause by a migraine. With this said, one must never take the sinus headache symptoms for granted and haphazardly assume that it is a migraine. In some rare instances of complications, sinus headache symptoms may be a signal of acute sinusitis, which results in brain infection. It is therefore very important to get the proper diagnosis and treatment whatever the cause of the headache.
